Brian’s fascination with the stock market began at the age of 12, sparked by his grandfather’s mentorship and a gift of his first five shares of stock. This early introduction led him to Claremont McKenna College, where he earned a degree in Economics and Accounting—a foundation that would define his professional trajectory.
He built an impressive career in San Francisco as a technology investment banker, where he raised nearly $5 billion in capital for software, semiconductor, and alternative energy firms. His expertise eventually took him global, managing hundreds of millions in Mergers & Acquisitions across Asia, Europe, and South America, including a significant tenure based in London.
Transitioning from the world of high-stakes banking to financial publishing in 2007, Brian pivoted to sharing his insider knowledge of Wall Street with individual investors. He has authored numerous strategies focusing on currency markets, options, and his personal favorite: dividends.
