Sell Potash (POT) September $32 Calls for $0.40 or better

Why?

POT is up today on rumors of a stake sale in Uralkali, the Russian potash giant. The thinking is if the ownership changes, perhaps Uralkali won’t flood the market with potash after all. It’s pure speculation – and the possible sale is already being denied by the relevant parties.

I don’t think this price move will hold. Let’s sell our calls while we have a chance to capture a reasonable portion of our initial investment. We’ll conserve the remaining capital for better opportunities.
