Sell Altera (ALTR) September 34 Calls for $1.70 or better

Why?

ALTR finally bounced higher today, giving us the opportunity to take profits on our calls. Currently, the bid/ask spread on the 34 calls is quite wide… too wide. I want you to put your sell order in at least $1.70 or higher first. Now, if you can’t get filled, go ahead and lower the price until you do. But, start out with a price somewhere near mid-market and move down from there.

At a price of $1.70, we’ll pull in 25.9% gains on the trade.
