Sell Zillow (Z) October $75 Puts for $2.50 or better
Why?
Z finally broke below the 50-day moving average support line. Concerns over the debt ceiling/government shutdown gave investors a reason to sell out of the overpriced shares. Although I think the stock has further to fall (given no political solution is in sight), we’re running out of time on these options.
Let’s go ahead and sell here and collect 72.4% gains or better.
