Sell Barrick Gold (ABX) November $19 Calls for $1.46 or better
Why?
ABX is rapidly approaching the 200-day moving average, which could provide strong resistance – and keep a lid on the stock price. Moreover, gold’s been on a nice run lately, but I don’t see the fundamentals to support a sustained move higher at this point.
With 50.5% gains on this position, let’s take the safe route and cash out our calls here.
