Sell Aruba Networks (ARUN) July $13 Calls for $2.40 or better
Why?
Our thesis for buying ARUN calls was very straightforward. The stock dropped due to increased competition from Cisco Systems (CSCO) but quickly became oversold. As such, it was an excellent rebound candidate.
Roughly two weeks later, that’s exactly what happened.
Bargain hunters are returning to ARUN in droves, and the stock has now eclipsed the $15 mark. More importantly, our calls are now 135% winners. Let’s lock in those nice profits now.
