Sell American Eagle Outfitters (AEO) February $14 Calls for any price above zero
Why?
As I expected, we’re going to have sell AEO in order to avoid the possibility of having to exercise the options. Of course, if you don’t mind getting long the stock, feel free to hold on to the options and you’ll be long the stock at $14 starting Monday.
Otherwise, sell your AEO calls for any price above zero. If you want to wait to see if the stock moves higher before closing the position, that’s fine as well – just make sure you close the calls before the end of the day.
