Buy Travelzoo (TZOO) December 12.5 Calls for $0.70 or better
Why?
Originally, I had planned to do another put trade this week, given all the recent volatility. However, the market has essentially righted itself. But, in the meantime, it’s left some juicy undervalued stocks in its wake, particularly in the Internet space.
TZOO is one of those companies often overlooked by investors. Most notably, the company is sitting on a ton of cash, which could provide significant strategic flexibility. Moreover, from a technical standpoint, the stock looks like a screaming buy.
Let’s grab some cheap December calls.
