Buy Prudential Financial (PRU) April 18th 82.50 Calls for $1.85 or better (lower)
Why?
The financial sector has been relatively flat this year, but looks due for a surge. Most notably, PRU appears to be significantly cheaper than the sector itself, despite excellent fundamentals. The insurance giant is also trading below all of its major moving averages.
We’re going to buy April calls. Conservative investors can take profits at $84.50. Aggressive investors can hold up to $86.50. For risk control, conservative traders should exit at $77, while more aggressive traders can hold down to $75.
